Florida 104 weeks - Martymarr2009 - 10-27-2015

I'm at 104 weeks in Florida the adjuster has advised me all idemnity is suspended
II am still on no work status with the doctor
A petition has been filed for permanent disability
After a petition has been filed it in the past has taken 2-3 months for a hearing
I'm going to assume I'm not going to see any checks in the time in between but if it goes my way down
The road will I get paid for the weeks in-between and they have in the past postponed hearings at theĀ
Last minute I can get by a couple of months but after that it's going to start to hurt

since your disability has lasted at least a year you should be getting SSDI.
you don't need a hearing to agree to a settlement or stipulate to a permanent disability amount.
they can make some payments while waiting for court approval of whichever finalization is used.
your permanent disability won't be enough to live on; you will need to find a new occupation.
