Utah MMI issues please help - kiman - 07-31-2015

I have been off of work for about a year now. I was injured on my left wrist. I have received PT, 2 steroid shot and an arthrogram. (xray with a dye)
I have my own doctor and a doctor that I've seen twice that was set up by the insurance company. After

the xray my doctor says damage is not where I'm hurting and said there's nothing they can do. The doctor set up by the insurance company declared MMI, but he didn't receive the xray cd. At this point ins. company stopped the checks that I was getting. Their doctor then received xray cd and amended his decision that I get another shot and if that doesn't work to consider surgery. I still haven't received any checks even though I'm receiving treatment. What can I do to start receiving payments?

have you contacted the carrier/employer?
you need to make sure the doctor took you off work and authorized your time off.
you might also contact the Utah DIA and talk to an ombudsman:

I tried contacting the insurance company representative. I left 3 messages and an email, but I am not getting a response. I haven't contacted my employer.

if you've been off that long, you should apply for SSDI.
don't wait any longer, as the process can take a while.
