I would like to know something if you put in a c4.3 fourm before one year are you still entitled to a settlement

Yes I understand that but the question is when my lawyer and the insurance company get the c4.3 will they discuss a settlement now mind the case has been open for 9 months

yes, once you have reached maximum recovery the next level of benefits need to be finalized.
