Permanent Total Ohio - leomias - 03-25-2015

I have been collecting benefits for almost 7 years, I was determined MMI on my physical conditions 8 months ago but still collect on psych.. My lawyer who said they filled out and sent forms 6 months ago for Permanent total today tell me (when I call for a progress report) they did not because they misinformed me and if they file My psych benefits may end. They don't want to risk it,,, Dr said it should not matter, not sure I believe my attorney they keep "misinforming me" Does anyone know if filing for Permanent total stops temp total???

yes.
you cannot be both temporarily and permanently disabled at the same time for the same injury; it's either one or the other.
