Employment Law Attorney - 052614 - 11-16-2014

I recently finally got an Employment Attorney for a stress case at work. I live in Northern California. She had me sign the FMLA form and wants me to start looking for work. I have been seing a psychologist, who said I have PTSD from my job and says I should not go back to work at my present employment because of what happened with my manager. All is fine, but my attorney forgot everything we talked about in her office, and now says she is on the fence regarding my case. I am going absolutely crazy with all of this. Any advice?
