Tornado issues - fatboy - 10-13-2014

Where my wife works in Monroe, Louisiana, A tornado and high line winds have hit this town hard in North Louisiana.

I am concerned for my wife and for my friends in this area. My wife is okay with the exception that most main roads are currently shutdown due to down trees, power lines, 18 wheelers over turned etc. It loks like a war zone in some areas.......

Prayer would be appreciated for the good people of West Monroe and Monroe Louisiana and that my wife can get home safely at 5-6 PM this afternoon.

Thanks

I do not know of any number to call but no one was seriously injured in this event as reported by our local news.

Many are still without power but the community is coming together and as true southerners, they will help each other and they will get thru this.

It was so strange our first 2 children were adopted in Alaska and our other 3 were in Arkansas and Okla...when the kids started looking not only were both sets in La. but in the Monroe area
