Too many details to go into, so many that I have forgotten after 12 years. The company that I worked for when I was injured went out of business. After 160 years serving NYC , the hospital where I had two operations closed. The IC that paid me 400 weeks of TTD that ended in 2010 has liquidated and is no longer in business. Is this a joke or are they just waiting for me to drop dead. Still waiting for court/judge to make a deceison regarding the partial or total disability.
