Tribal WC in Oregon Need Help PLEASE - "g" - 04-05-2013

Is anyone familiar with Tribal WC Rules and Laws in Oregon and how they work??? I have been looking for legal representation finally found atty in Salem and he has informed me he is no longer doing tribal law with no referral. Everyone I have talk to only does tribal gov. work for tribes. Nothing for employees of tribal corporations injured at work. They are insured and are pay medical what I want is help with is time lost and legal advise regarding settlement. I have spoken to WC Attys and as soon as I mention the words "tribal casino" they say "I can't help you, you need a Tribal Law Atty".

Each tribe is an independent nation.
There is no one set of work injury rules.
You may have to get a copy of their work injury benefit plan from the tribal council.
It's possible they may have filed it with the state.

How would I go about getting a copy or requesting one? If file with the state what agency? WC? Thank you for your reply!!!!!

start with the gaming commission
http://www.oregon.gov/osp/GAMING/pages/tgaming_tribal_contacts.aspx
and then maybe the department of insurance.
their insurance carrier might also be a resource or as in my prior post check with the tribal council.
