Don't you all just love our goverment ?. My attorney returned my call today. Medicare is what is holding up my settlement, He told me that all have agreed to the settlement, BUT because Medicare has put a Lein on that settlement we have to wait untill they issue a letter releasing that lein before he can process my settlement papers so I can sign. and only God knows when that will be because it is obvious that Medicare has no idea. So we continue the waiting game. He also stated there is nothing he can do or say that can speed up the process. That Medicare will do it in there own sweet time.
There should be no lein as Medicare has never been used for any of my injuries. BLAHHHHHHHH.

I feel like an idiot. I was just rereading this thread and realized that I started my post with the same phrase as you did! Some days my brain and imagination work as well as the governments.

AHHHHH, I am getting used to the waiting, have nothing else to do, To cold here to enjoy any outings, And I have waited this long , so what is awhile longer. I have the satisfaction in knowing that I have won. and that is a good feeling. WC did not win, I did.

Tuffy - I'm really sorry to hear they are putting you through this. At least you know it is on it's way and the longer they have the longer it will be before the casino gets their fare share, LOL (j/k). I will say a little prayer for you tonight that they get off their thumbs and use them for something else for a change

LOL, I couldn't make it around the block for what my adjuster is worth girl
Anyway they seem to change my adjuster like most people change their clothes...I don't even know who my adjuster is anymore...
