I was under Work como for almost 3 months due to exposure to Covid that I contracted at work. I have recovered and have returned to work. Today I received a notice from my work comp company notifying me that my benefits have terminated due to medical clearance and they summarized my payments I received. In that summary it states that I was overpaid a certain amount but they don’t inform me if or when I have to repay this overpayment. Do I have to repay an overpayment for work comp? Should I contact my adjuster?

You may. Generally they just hold any overpayment as credit against any future disability payments that may occur.

I would just let it be. I would not offer to repay it.
