This had to have been a lot of work for Admin!! I surely hope it helps alleviate most of the problems. Hopefully, the fuddy duddy's will stay clear away from here, so we can relax and have a nice drama free zone!!!!!

Settled Work Comp Case 2006 w/ Lifetime Medical Currently, C7-T1 is being watched will possibly need surgery front/back fusion from C3-T2, lower back needs another facet injection.
