In Maryland my rating from my doctor for my Lumbar injury L1 L4 L5 and S1.
This is non surgical.

Generally how much will the I/C doctor rate me.?

I am not from your state so I cannot comment on the workers compensation part. I do think you should apply for social security disability. This is for if you are too disabled to work for at least a 12 month period, which you are. You can also apply for SSI.
