The Insurance Council of Texas will host its 2018 Workers' Compensation Seminar in Austin, Texas on March 7, 2018. 


Bob Wilson, the President & CEO of WorkersCompensation.com, will headline the seminar. Wilson will provide an overview of how different states have attempted to enact ‘opt out” systems for employers and what makes the Texas non-mandatory system, which is not “opt-out”, work so well. 

Wilson will be followed by a panel discussion, Stressed Out: Changing Approaches to PTSD, moderated by Bobby Stokes of Flahive Ogden & Latson. The panelist joining Bobby in the discussion of PTSD are Brandi Prejean, Member, Thornton Law Firm; Daniel Morris, The Morris Law Firm, PLLC; Jessica Barta, Public Injured Employee Counsel, Office of the Injured Employee Counsel; and Andrew Brylowski, M.D.
