Benefits of movement throughout the workday

                       

A growing body of evidence confirms what our bodies have been telling us since grade school- bodies are meant to move! Our physical/metabolic, cognitive, and psychosocial functions all decrease with static or prolonged positioning. This session will cover current and other well established research with practical ideas to help you maintain your health, wellness, and focus at work. We will be moving through the session to prevent “TBS” an under recognized cumulative trauma problem- Tired Butt Syndrome…your brain can only absorb what your behind can tolerate!
