Ethics for NC Adjusters

This presentation will provide insurance adjusters with curricula to gain professional expertise while fulfilling continuing education requirements for Ethics in North Carolina. It is divided into four sections: (1) Communicating with Physicians and Rehabilitation Providers; (2) Enforcement of Settlement Agreements; (3) Bad Faith Claims; and (4) the Tripartite Relationship. Presenters for this program will be Teague Campbell attorneys Tracey Jones, Melissa Woodard, and Elizabeth Ligon. This course has been approved for 3.0 NC Ethics CE Credit Hours.
