Mr. Wilson is
responsible for the overall operations and direction of the Company and was the
primary visionary for WorkersCompensation.com, LLC. He has over 15 years
experience in the technology arena, including Internet business solutions and
website architecture and development. Bob's broad experience also includes
Technical Recruiting with Computer Associates, Inc. and AFR, Inc. He holds a
B.A. in Business Administration from Ft. Lewis College in Durango, CO.
Jim Malachowski,
Vice-President - Operations
Mr. Malachowski is
responsible for the day-to-day operations and brings a wealth of technical
experience to the company. He has managed the creation and maintenance of data
processing systems, in addition to 20 years experience as a programmer and
systems analyst. Jim also has an entrepreneurial background in the visual arts
and holds a B.S. in Political Science from Frostburg University in Frostburg,
Maryland.
Robert Bennett,
Vice-President - New Systems Development
Mr. Bennett is
responsible for selecting and implementing new technology to support new
service development. He formulates and defines the scope and objective for the
site's user interface and is responsible for the technical design and
development of data support functions. Bob's technology specialties include database
development and applications management. He has a degree in Computer
Information Systems.
Kathy Lella - Vice President Compliance and Research
Ms. Lella oversees the Compliance and Research department. Kathy has more than 14
years experience in workers’ compensation, as an adjuster, claims trainer and compliance
coordinator. She is also a certified instructor for agent and adjuster
continuing education for the State of Florida.
