A hearing Tuesday

Tuesday I again have a hearing.

The attorney filed for the hearing seeking reimbursment for medical bills I have paid out of pocket, also asking to return to the surgeon that did the replacement.

The last hearing was Decemner 09 when we went before the judge seeking a decision on the back, upper extermity, and additional treatment of the right knee.

My attorney first filed on the above October 08, with the hearing being January 09.

It has bee 15 months and still no decision.

My attorney says this gives us the opportunity to go before the judge again.

I do not know what else to do to force the judge to make a decision.

It shouldn't be this complicated!

In December Bodybuilder and I had a hearing on the same day, we sat beside each other in the waiting room waiting for our turn.

Bodybuilder started the tradition that day of wearing black to court.

So guess what I am wearing to court tomorrow?

Black, of course.

Bummer, I'm not that far into anything with my case, well at least I have not had to fight for anything yet.... I think Black is just fine, maybe strap an picket sign to you and have it say step up Judge....
