RE: doctors
Hi Trucker!! I was a Class A Driver for a Major Moving Chain, (Mainly Household) and Loaded and Unloaded with a Crew and My Territory was anywhere East of the Big Muddy. I Loved My Work, it was Hard and Long Days, but the Pay was Great, and the Freedom was Priceless!! Now with My Lower Back Injury and Meds., I would Never even Consider Putting 70,000lbs. under My A** and Taking it Down the Road at 70mph., My Injury has Left Me Disabled. I Hope Yours isn't as Bad, and You can get Back on the Road again, I know Here in Pa. I wouldn't Pass the Physical Exam, and get My Card. I would just be Way too Dangerous on the Road, My Reflexes are Shot, and I couldn't even Push a Clutch in without Serious Pain. I still Keep and Pay for My "A" License Just in Case a Miracle Comes along to Heal Me!! I know and Understand not wanting to Stop Your Work, Once Over the Road is in Your Blood, and We get Paid to See the U.S.A., why You May be so Discouraged. Please Remember Your Safety and the Safety of Others around You and I Hope You can get Back on the Road!!
Failed Back Surgery, Chronic Pain, Totally Disabled. Knowledge is Power, Especially in the World of w/c. Learn as Much as You can about Your States w/c Laws, and don't Fight Battles alone, They Use Attorney's, and so Should You!! |
