Today in the mail i received my official letter from SSDI, that I am disabled underthere rules and laws. Says i can be reviewed in 5-7 yerars by them i should be old enough that they would not even bother. Now if i can get my wife to apply and retire we could travel and enjoy the rest of our lives.
Cervical Fusion 2003, c5-c6. Herniated and damaged Disc L1- L4-L5 S1. Lumbar Spinal Cord stimulator implant 09-2008. Cervical ACDF revision with hardware c4-c5-c6-c7 Sept 2009. SSDI approved 3-2010. NOW OFFICIALY RETIRED |

Well with a signature like. I have to wonder why they retired you????? You can still work better than My great great great mother in law.

That after 32 yrs on my feet and on concrete, 60 plus hours a week, that if someone came knocking on my door to offer me a job, well she could have it. Hi There my name is Hasan Ali and im 23.
i have been suffering from back pain for almost 2 years now last from 3 or 4 weeks i have pain in my right leg i went to the doc he said to me to have a MRI. what MRI says is.'' there are multilevel areas of disc is a region of disc herniation at L45 and L5S1 region with the disc at L45 having a central and bilateral para central component with bilateral neural tissue compression. the disc at L5S1 is having central and right sided component with right sided compression to nerve root. now doc suggest me to go down for a surgery but i don't wanna do that i just want to have your opinion what should i do in this situation plz guide me further thanksssss |

;)Workmans comp is not a road you want to travel alone.You need a good lawyer,a great family and good friends to lean on.If you make it thru without losing everything you have worked for all your life,you have come out ahead of the game.....
