Please Help - Just want to cry

RE: Please Help - Just want to cry
I just want to throw this in here as my husband had a bad back ( herinated disc) and went to a PM doctor for cortizone injections. He had 3 of them and before he had them he was walking with a cane. After the 3rd injection he was walking like he did before he was injured. He said they are the best thing that ever happened to him and suggests it to anyone he knows that has a herniated disc.

So even if you cannot get WC to pay for this, maybe you can have your insurance co. pay for the injections or work out a payment plan with the pain management doctor. It was just a thought to at least get you out of this pain for now.

carpal tunnel recurrence/ neuropathy / RSD.
1/29/07 injury date. Permanent. PIR settlement 8/4/08 10%

RE: Please Help - Just want to cry
I agree inpain
Over the years I have had a couple of "sets of three injections". It hasn't helped me at all but other people may get months of pain relief. Not a permanent fix however

Take Care and Be Well
