what is the maximum lenght of time paid for temporary disability in CALIFORNIA?ISI IT 200 WEEKS? and can you get an extension after that, Iknow iam going on 19 months in td, need to get ready!!
what other options do I have after, is it state disability, or unemployment, the co, I used to work for has folded.
I did sign my release of employment in august!09...in others words they laid me off in august 09

104 weeks (2 years) is the max with an injury that occured after 4/19/04. Unless is is one of the few things that it can be extended for. Read the following for those circumstances:
