2 surgeries pending

Hey everyone. Finally made it to the new forum. Finally got the ok for back surgery from WC. Total knee comes next.
Many of you know me from the other forum but for those who don't, heres an update. Already had 2 knee surgeries and ankle reconstruction from a fall off a ladder at work. Now the back surgery is in the works followed by the knee again.
My attorney tried to get me to settle without open medicals before I had these last 2 surgeries and really got ticked at me cause I didn't. Said I would never get more than what they were offering and that it was a very good offer for GA. I really don't think it should matter what state you live in, I thought they went by a set amount anyway. My new friends in the other forum helped alot with all the things the lawyer should have told me and with the state laws. It was very helpful. I hope to get even more imput on this one. Seems to be working so far. Does anyone have any ideas on this anterior fusion they are planning on my back. Recoup time, restrictions, etc. They want to do the knee as soon as possible after the back. They've done chopped on me so much I look like a road map already.
