to 1171 I open that file one time and haven't been able to since. Any ideas why I can't get it to open. the 2008 guidebook that is

my father had knee surgery with the same prob as you and got 3,300 with no future medical but had no attorney so..but he dosent have any knee probs so i look at it as a win win for both him and the insurance company

settlement values are not pulled out of thin air (though it may look like it). Kentucky's comp system uses the impairment rating system. workers with the exact same injury could have totally different permanent impairment factors. not all patients recover in the same way. you need to get a rating.
review the guidebook on permanent disability (pg 22)

one time some how I got a computer it was awesome but can never get that part again don't know how I got it but it was with the site you gave me. Can get the book but not the computer or calculator what ever it was just a fluke i guess but was really nice to figure on
