For today, support

RE: For today, support
One faker makes it so much harder for dozens of work comp patients. The doctors start treating you like you're faking. Bummer talked about this, walked into a doctor's office and that's how he treated her, until he saw her films.

Respect, understanding, comfort, proper care, prompt care. That's all we want.

RE: For today, support
Here I am Red.....we had such a long and exhausting day yesterday that I just flopped on the couch when we got home...

Good news....Oncologist sees no cancer anywhere. YAHOOOOO!!!!

First I want to thank God and all of you for your prayers. xo

BAd news.....there is something wrong with his thigh but no one seems to know what or what to do about it and in the meantime he's in agony. All x-rays say no break, fracture, infection, cancer. So where does that leave him? Next step is he is going to see the Dr. who did all of his radiation in hopes that her being an expert she will pick something up in one of the many tests he's had done. I go by the pet scan which says everything is cancer free. Maybe it's a muscle tear or something soft tissue. Maybe a CT scan last of all.

Took the mail in yesterday and I had a letter telling me to see my GYN immediately because I have something that showed up on my Mammo that wasn't there last year and needs further testing. Bill cried. Told him not to worry. I had a tumor removed when I was 40 and the girl for the first time did not put a sticky on it and that could be all it is....the scar.

Love you all........would not still be partially sane without all the prayers and good thoughts coming my way.

as soon as I know something about either of us will post...otherwise I am here everyday for all of you.
Smile xo

God is never late.

In the end it doesn't matter how many years were in your life but how much life was in your years.

RE: For today, support
I have one ovary, the other one blew up after an ovarian cyst first enveloped it and then ruptured. Two years later I had a kidney stone, IVP done to track it. The radiologist thought it was a cyst on my right ovary when the kidney stone passed. My gyn wanted to open my up since it looked suspicious. It was taken right as the kidney stone was taken, the same mass (cyst) was spotted right below it in the next film. I mentioned that, a verbal argument ensued, I won. I was only the stone passing over my right ovary. I agreed to only a sonogram to be done of my right ovary, it was clear.

I hope and pray that it's only scar tissue. It happens more than you think.

BB

Cap... I am so glad to hear your good news...and you are right about the mamo's anything could show and they would do further testing which would amount to nothing, but this is a subject most health care providers are very cautious about as they should be... I will continue to pray for you and your husband. Thanks so much for getting back and letting us all know that you are ok... love Red
