For today, spread
For today, spread a little happiness. Go out of your way to spread a little happiness. It could be a smile, a hug, doing something sweet that is unexpected. But spread that happiness around, someone really needs it.

Take care,
BB

I prefer to have the blood drawn from my arm, it is much easier, But because my veins collapse or blow easy, It's better they use a hand vein and a butterfly needle.. It all depends on how many tubes they need.

Jayne I will go for you if that would halp spread a little happiness.

It's about learning to dance in the rain.

RE: For today, spread
Ah....jayne... I am so sorry to hear of his response to your concerns... is there anything I can do .... I don't care for blook work anymore either and right now I go in weekly to have my thyroid tested and my Vit D.... My thyroid is acting up again, and my Vit D doesn't want to move off of a 6 despite the mega doses I am taking... to increase it..they want it to at least 60... they have been working on this for about 2 years now...so my opinion is just give up..not going to happen and stop poking me all the time. Since I had Chemo therapy for the MS for 2 years through 2002 and 2003 and yes I worked through the whole two years... my blood veins are shot...they ahve to go to my hand with a butter fly...and somtimes they have to stick me more than once ..usually at least twice because of the number of containers they are filling up... this weely is easy however it is just two different colored tops... good luck to you...

sparkey hopefully there is a box in the mail for you.... finally. love Red

RE: For today, spread
Since we're a bit off subject I'll throw in my two cents worth. I haven't done this in quite awhile, almost made an LPN faint once. When I'm really sick I tell the staff one stick, that's all you'll get, blow it and I draw my own blood. So..., the first time this happened while my doctor watched I drew my blood on my left ankle. I've successfully done this probably about 12 times. I am not a hard stick, lift weights, my veins pop out. One chance, that's all you get, you've been warned
