The Second Opinion is being Paid by the Ins. Co., therefor They get the Reports and Suggestions. This Second Dr. You have gone to for the Opinion is not Your Treating Dr., They are just giving the Ins. Co. Their Opinion. If You have an Attorney They will Receive a Copy, if not, You May have to Contact the Adjuster to Your Claim and Ask for a Copy. Best of Luck!! Wink
