Still in your case this is a waste of time and money. What do they think you are going to start doing jumping jacks or something, when you can barely walk? It is rediculous of them to watch you even thou they do, just to try and catch you doing something . They should be ashamed for harassing you.

I was Told that if They Hold a Required and Updated PI License, and Keep Their Distance in Public, and don't Film You while on Your Property, (They are not Allowed to Trespass) there is Nothing Illegal about what They are doing. Ellen and I actually Bought Roman Blinds for the Entire House that allows Light in, but You can't See a Thing Inside during the Day! The Road is Close enough to My House that They Could Possibly Film into the Windows, which is Legal. At Night We Close the Curtains on Our Bay Window, and They can't See in. I am not doing anything Wrong in Here Either, but We needed New Blinds anyway, so I made Sure to get the Ones I did just to Pi** Them Off!! If I had to Guess, and this is a Very Close Estimate, I have been Followed Probably 30-35 Times that I know of, I don't know about any Other Times I May not have Noticed! And My Attorney and I Laugh, all of the Time and Money Spent, 15 Hearings, and Not One Photo or One Second of Film was Ever Introduced to the Judge as Evidence!! 5 Years Now, You Think the Ins. Co. would want Me Paid and Gone, I cost them a Lot each Year, They continue to Lose in Court, and I'm Preparing to Take it to the Commonwealth Level with a Very Good Chance of Winning, and that win will Pay Me Low 6 Figures in Back Pay, Penalties, and Interest alone!!! Makes You Wonder, Huh???

Well what also went through my mind was my GM had told me one time in a conversation his grand father was a wealthy known man in China, when he died it was passed down to his dad, he said that his dad supposible used up the cash but a name sometimes means more to people then money, I in no way want to steriotype so I will tell you it gave me the chills and I felt endangered.
