RE: off to the hospital
Glad it's over for you, my mom went through dozens of grafts the six years she was on dialysis. When they finally put one in her thigh it lasted nearly 6 months. She was a bi-bka.

Take care,
BB

RE: off to the hospital
This is the first time I have felt up to writing about this last hospital visit. It was the worest visit I have had, Before the surgery I had asked the doctor about taking the old graft out and he had said in his office he would, but at the hospital no it is too involed, then I asked about getting the ash cath replaced as it continued to hurt and I can't wear my bra, his answer was just get over it and go bra less, and let it hang lose. then I asked about the fluid on my elbow and he looked at me and said No I will send you to a ostopath to drain it, Needless to say I was in tears by that time. When I woke up my hand is purple and swollen, his answer was it happened about half way though the surgery and it will go away. Pain is still though the roof, and the dravocet is not helping. color is little better but it is still cold to touch and very swollen.
Then Friday when I went to dialysis got up set all over again. It is not much but with everything else it was just to much. They had changed my chair, and moved me
over by the cleaning room, then wanted to change my time for dialysis and move me across the room. It may seem like not much but with all the things that have been taken away from me it was just the straw that broke the camels back and I cried all the way home and all day. I wish I could just get over this and move on but haven't been able to get there this time.

May God send his angels to hold you in his arms
