RE: just back from pain management all new meds
Is Cycler a Pharmacist is disguise? LOL

With all the information that Cycler streams concerning medications, One would be led to believe he is a expert in the field of opiates and pain medication.

I admit I get my info. on pain meds or any meds from the internet. I also admit I can generally find the answer I am looking for. Some Doctors are deathly against any type of pain meds period. Some are scared of them because of the addicts that have swindle them in the past.

I have faith in my PM doctor. This is his specialty and has help me tremendously. A individual with chronic pain should never think he/she will be pain free. Hopefully, life can be made tolerable with the aid of a Board Certified PM Doctor whose world is helping individuals with chronic pain.

Inpainokla, I would agree, that since I have taken this Time Release Morphine Sulfa, I too can now wake up in the morning, without having to search for pain meds to suck down, just to help me get moving. Yes, it showed me it works also. But, constipation is a major side affect from it. So invest in MiraLAX now before it is too late.

RE: just back from pain management all new meds

Badboy and Inpain...Bills' oncologist put him on morphine sulphate 15 mg 3xs about a month ago...Didn't do tooo much except make him sound drunk.....The other day he switched to 30 mg 3xs daily....it took almost a week but he isn't using any breakthrough meds now....sounded and acted really drunk at first but that is starting to subside.... He has a really hard time getting out of bed. For instance he has a pet scan today at 12:30...it's 11:00 here and he's snoring away....he will get up in just enought time to get there....does that sleepiness subside at some point? Iam really interested in what Cycler said about a once a day morphine sulphate. Looked it up and it has rave reviews.

God is never late.

In the end it doesn't matter how many years were in your life but how much life was in your years.

Inpainokla, I got the MiraLAX at the CVS store. But, am sure that Walgreens has it. 1 Cap full to start, then make your adjustments to lower amounts from there. It has no taste at all, and can be mixed into any liquid.

I hope so too freebird but the bodies are actually piling up. Not all Drs. are created equal and as stated, it was a generalized rant.
