RE: Carpal Tunnel & the computer
that's not carpal tunnel, it's RSI, an over sue syndrome that can CAUSE CTS. She would do well seeing a masso for her hands on a regular basis to offset the environmental strain of the job and PREVENT the CTS.

RE: Carpal Tunnel & the computer
Well, you said she thinks she has Carpal Tunnel issues. What makes her think this? I can understand a strain of hand use can in time bring on a Carparl Tunnel issue. When I was in PT for Carpal Tunnel, I was doing things that were real close to Computer usage and keyboard usage for an exercise, or just 1 of them anyways. There are many things one should do, to help the problem before it gets worse. Asprin is one of them. Excersise the hand and wrist, plus upper arm & shoulders is a must do then.
