Right on Still, and I would bet that there is some sort of a dial or slide button that moves from blue to red, Admin it works with the fan that you turn on for the AC. Here in the midwest we have little brushes for that white problem, with what they call a scraper on the other end.......ROFL

Bad Boy Bad Boy Wrote:Isn't it just great, even we all can now share some of this stuff with those that hardly ever see it... That is the truth. How quickly we forget! When we moved into our new house this summer (I believe I have mentioned the fireplace), I of course, wanted to immediately get several cords of firewood to see us through the undoubtedly harsh winter we were going to experience. (OK, I really did not know what the weather would be like, but my wife often points out that I am more like Tim Allen than Bob Vila, and dammit, WE NEEDED FIREWOOD!) Of course, my "citified" wife, who is from Chicago, would have none of it. She insisted we should wait to see what our needs would be this first year. She said we could always buy firewood when we needed it from the grocery store. Now, to someone who was raised in southwest Colorado, and has split his own firewood, the thought of buying a few sticks in a little plastic bag from the supermarket just does not sit well. Only sissy's get their firewood that way. So naturally, I looked her directly in the eye and said, "Ok, dear, whatever you say." I did manage to stop by a firewood place and load a small batch in the SUV, but we went through that quickly over Christmas. Fast forward to this week, the coldest week I have seen in my 25 years in Florida, and do I have any firewood? NOOOOOOOO........ I get home from work last night, and find my wife in the garage, telling me to go to the store and buy a bag of firewood. Of course, you can guess when we are having record breaking cold, that we are not the first people to have thought of that. That's right! I checked three stores, and all were out. I was beaten out by a bunch of other sissies. Fortunately, I had cut down a small palm tree a couple months back, which I dutifully stacked for firewood. Now, it wasn't quite seasoned, but I never let a little thing like that deter me. With a little incentive, coaxing, and incendiary chemicals, we managed to have a nice little fire last night. Headed to a firewood place tonight to remedy this if possible, and I guarantee you it will be resolved this weekend. Stay warm everybody! |

RE: Tuffy,vic,BBB
lowes and home depot sell these fake wooded sticks that burn for 2 to 4 hours of course they sure dont put out much heat.....Admin see if you can find an old apple tree mmmmmmmm that wood smells great when burning.....however if you run low run on down to Okla and cut you a few ricks here in my neighbors pasture the trees went down in a big windstorm last summer and they are begging for someone to cut it up for firewood before they burn it...in either case leave my shed alone.....

Jayne, this is funny; Did you ever notice, when your Advatar makes it's turn, it kind of spreads it's legs a little and something drops out from the you know mid section, and then it scrapes it away with it's foot? Watch very closely...
