Medical causationis with reasonable medical probability that accident that occurred at work arose out of work in the course of work and contributed to his present low back condition.Apportment would be80%to this specific injury and 20% to pre existing injury. and advises epideral shots and phiscal therapy.dated aug 24 2009
WE HAVE RECEIVED NOTHING BEFORE REPORT AND NOTHING SINCE REPORT,NO MEDICAL PMTS NO PRESCRIPTIONS PAID NO MILIAGE,finally got court date for jan 26 2010, has been off work since 07/18/09 had two surgurys and suffered a great deal Have an attorney but he wont return phone calls
what approx amount of money do you think i may be offered? will td be paid retractivly? Please reply . Thank you for any info you have it is much appreciated!!
