How did you bring in the New Year
Smile Welcome to 2010, A friend and I went out to eat, I had prime rib and he had a fillet and Lobster, with all the trimings...A before dinner drink, we toasted to the New year and remembered all our friends and family, Then he droped me off at home, I watched the Ball drop in NYC and then off to bed.

At my age I leave the celebrating up to the young people. I have done plenty of New Years celebrating over the years.........

Life isn't about waiting for the storm to pass.
It's about learning to dance in the rain.

RE: How did you bring in the New Year
I fixed tacos for everyone, then we watched tv.
My type of tacos, 2 types of cheeses, 2 types of onions, 3 types of peppers, along with the refried beans and othe fixings, and the special salsa I make.

Sleeping by 10:00, woke to tv at 11:59.

RE: How did you bring in the New Year
I tried to sleep but the pain was to much to settle down so I watched TV, played on the computer. Went to facebook and worked on my farm.

May God send his angels to hold you in his arms

God is never late.

In the end it doesn't matter how many years were in your life but how much life was in your years.

RE: How did you bring in the New Year
We did nothing special... watched the ball drop and then Del and I played games, watched some tv, periodically went to the computer and then went to bed around 2 am pst... got up at 10 am... slept in ... actually Del was in a lot of pain so he got up around 7 am. Today Del and I are going to rest and just enjoy the day playing games and making dinner together while watching tv. I most likely will not be watching TV, not me, but will be on the computer or do some painting today. Red

Be who you are and say what you feel, because those who mind don’t matter and those who matter don’t mind.

RE: How did you bring in the New Year
The party at Admin's must have been a good one, cause I can't remember a thing! Tongue

Really, had the kids and grands over for a while and we ate homemade cinnamon rolls. When they left, we watched some TV until the ball dropped, quieted the dog from all the guns going off at midnight, kissed Happy New Year and toasted with a glass of diet ocean spray cranbery juice, and went to bed. Very nice, very quiet, very peaceful.

Started the New Year off with an hour of spa therapy and laying in the sunshine again.

Can't get much better! Happy New Year!

Let Go, and Let God......
