Today I received my TTD Check. guess for some reason they have cut me off. The check was for one day only. My filed papers have me off work untill 12-30-09. When I was at the Dr's office last week we filed papers for me to be off work for the first 90 days of 2010. So they are playing games right here during the holiday season. Do not know how we will make the bills this month now. But I will be on the phone Monday with them, my dr and my attorney go try to get it fixed.
Wish me luck on getting it straightened out this time.

My family did with a lot less for Christmas this year.

I reached MMI in June and my SSD is still showing a work comp offset.
My intake worker at SSA knows about the change but hasn't had time to enter the information in the computer.

CF, Please Make Sure and Contact Your Attorney First!! Maybe a Call from Him to the Ins. Co. will get Things going Quicker, and Your Dr. May be able to Fax the Forms to Them! I Hate it when They Play Games Like that, I have been Underpaid for the Last 5 Years Plus, but Fortunately SSDI has been making up the Difference. But I'm still going After Them Tooth and Nail, just as an Example, if I get Penalty and Interest alone, we're Talking over $40,000.00, and that doesn't Include the Under Paid Wages!! Maybe Your Attorney can File a Penalty Petition, even if it's Only a little bit, it will give the Message that You aren't going to Put Up with Their Games!! My Best to You, and I Hope You get things Worked Out!!
