It just is really frustrating that after 4 years of being loyal to this company, they are treating me this way. I now know they DO NOT have my best interest in mind. Does anyone know if my employer will get "in trouble" for what they are doing to me? |

That all depends on you, not a single other sole can persue the issue. If you contact the State Work Comp Board and told them what the Employer HR Dept is trying to have you do, through them, surly they will get in some trouble. If you got an attorney? Would attorney persue this for you, don't know till you go that route. http://www.dir.ca.gov/dwc/ContactDWC.htm Reply's are intended solely for informational purposes. They are based on personal opinions, experience, or research and are "not to be taken as fact or legal advice", otherwise, always consult an attorney or a doctor. |
