Talk with his supervisor and let them know what kind of problems you are having and ask if she reasign your case to someone else.

I left messages with supervisor also and she has not gotten back to me. I don't get it, if they said they were missing a paper, send me out the paper to have me get it filled out again.
I just printed on out from the computer and sent it in. I didn't know what else to do. I have had capsulodesis scaphoid, capsulodesis lunotriquetral joint wrist, debridement of triangular fibrocartilage all in my right wrist and a tendon sheath release(that was just one surgery) & a lunotriquetral fusion Plus now a wrist fusion |

Suggestion. Go back to SS office, with another copy of signed lease paper and ask for office Manager.

Yeah I just might have to do that.
