i'm only waiting on the judge to sign off on it, if i went to court( i had court date on 12-8-09) we were trying to get 2nd ins co to admit it was new injury. but like i said before if the judge ruled against me i'd get only medical.

Now let me say this. I hope your not jumping to the settlement, just because the Holidays are coming up, and you just wish a better Christmas and all? If that is the reason, it then would be better, to ask your Attorney, for a Cash Advance payment of say $5,000.00 pre-paid on PPD settlement. This way, there is no penaties, or anything to pay back. And allows you the extra time needed to complete a good settlement.

Otherwise, if you just want it over with, then I too can say I'm behind you 100%.
