Well to date i can not see what an attorney for SSD has done for me. I guess i compare them to me WC attorneys office, but really there is no comparison between the 2. My WC attorneys are on top of every thing and very efficeint and effective in everything they have done for me. These guys really earn there money. The SS attorney office is like duh in comparison. Guess they only put forth when it is time to go before a judge. But I need it now not 3 more years down the road. And to top it off my family physician died the night before Thanksgiving and his office is locked down currently. I went to his memorial service yesterday. He was cremated. Meet one of his daughters and boy is there some stories there....He left everything to her and nothing to his other 2 children. What a mess this poor girl has to deal with. She lives about 3 hrs from here and the other 2 children is in Chicago and Colarado. So I voluntered to help her anyway i can, she has my cell phone number and i have hers. My son lives about a block from here in the town she lives in. So I am headed over to that city today for a couple days and am going to call the drs daughter and see if she would need me to haul anything over for her. Well i got off track from SSDI. But my first denial was prior to my last cervical surgrey. the last surgrey they took out 2 additional disc and now i have a 3 level fusion but 4 bad lumbar disc and a ssc implanted for the lumbar. Surely they can't deny my application this time.
