Tpm update
Hello all

As some will know I have ongoing issues with my cervical spine. After my last operation in March to fuse my C4-5 the fusion still hasn't taken place and my pain continues. I applied for SSD at the end of September and just received the phone call that it was approved Smile. This saves me from paying an attorney so I am really happy about that.
One less headache for the holidays

RE: Tpm update
Thanks guys
I was somewhat nervous to answer the phone when she called. Especially after everyone I've spoken to said it will be automatically turned down without an attorney the first time around.
Christmas will certainly be a little better now that I don't have to worry about SSDI
Thanks again

RE: Tpm update
tpm great news for you...maybe a bit of back pay for the holidays.....make sure any settlement has the right wording thru WC for SSDI so you dont get screwed......enjoy your holidays and come around a bit more you hear!

;)Workmans comp is not a road you want to travel alone. You need a good lawyer,a great family and good friends to lean on.If you make it thru without losing everything you have worked for all your life, you have come out ahead of the game.....Smile

I wish you luck Cervical Fusion and hopefully he can help. I remember spending a good 3 days filling out online forms. I then expected to be called in for a interview but that never happened Smile. I was told they may call me once every 3 to 7 years to update my condition to determine if I should still be collecting SSDI. Seems fair enough
Please keep us posted and I hope the appeal goes in your favor
