RE: Finally received nerve and muscle test!
Cycler, ((Clinical Prognosis:
The clinical prognosis for this patient has been determined as "uncertain.")) ((INTENT AND GOAL OF TESTING:
The intent and goal of this study will also be evaluated to determine the course of treatment prescribed and will be the deciding factor whether or not this patient will be referred to any type of specialized provider.))

(BILATERAL LOWER EXTREMITY SOMATOSENSORY EVOKED POTENTIALS: Right and left peroneal and tibial somatosensory evoked potentials) Also known with medical possibilty to or could lead to Cervical Spine concerns...

((CONCLUSION:
tHESE FINDINGS ARE CONSISTANT WITH A LUMBOSACRAL PLEXOPATHY, {{A POSSIBLE S1}} RADICULOPATHY, AND A RIGHT PERONEAL AXONAL NEUROPATHY.
clinical correlation is suggested.))

These are red flags...And surely the IC will be looking at a IME visit real soon, watch and see...

But Cycler, what I am saying, the Insurance will be fine for the Foot or Big Toe injury... Current patient condition hasn't or doesn't seem to be resolving, meaning doctor's need to look further into the injury and medical now, to say why, and why still in pain and such, after now 6 or 8 months. Trying to extend the injury past the foot area, needs investagation, mostly by a Specialist, and that will need approval. A Chiropractor being used for a foot injury and treating doctor, makes very little sence...

Bad Boy Bad Boy Wrote:They are starting to say, your said current condition, pain and complaints are not meeting the goals of said injury to foot.

Test show possible S1 or lumbar concerns, which it is a opinion an issue that could lead further up the spine at the Cervical area portion of the spine.

You need to see a Doctor, to evaluate a neurological condition, and not a Chiroprator.

That is why it states;
The clinical prognosis for this patient has been determined as "uncertain."

THANK YOU BBBB!
