Hi Sha, and Welcome to the Forums!! I'm not too Familiar to the Laws in Your State, but if You are getting close to the End of Your Case, and You Feel You need More Medical Care, You may want to Ask for a Second Opinion, or Hire and Attorney that Works in the w/c Arena to represent You so that All goes Well. From what You have Written, You don't Sound anywhere Near Healed, or Satisfied with Your Knee's Healing, and You need More Care. Hopefully Someone from Your State will be On, Sometimes it's a bit Slow on the Weekends, so Hang in There, and Check Your Thread for Other Answers!! My Best to You!
Failed Back Surgery, Chronic Pain, Totally Disabled. Knowledge is Power, Especially in the World of w/c. Learn as Much as You can about Your States w/c Laws, and don't Fight Battles alone, They Use Attorney's, and so Should You!! |
