Ultram is a Pain Medicine that I Believe came from England, where There it is Considered an Addicting Narcotic, but Here is has Yet to be Classified that way. It is a Mild Pain Reliever, such as Vicodin and so Forth. It has another Name, that Escapes Me at the Moment, but it's been around for a While!!Wink

I Just Remembered the Other Name- Tramadol!!Wink

Failed Back Surgery, Chronic Pain, Totally Disabled.

RE: I'm so screwed
I agree, Pilates helps with my pain as well. I still try and workout. I have a stationary bike and I try and walk as much as possible. I use to be very athletic, jogging, lifting weights, tennis. All these things increase my pain levels and even certain Pilates moves. The other name for Ultram is Tramodol. I use to take it, but I also have a problem with pain meds and hypnotics. I have to stop taking them for a while and then restart. Your body builds up a tolerance to things when it becomes routine.

RE: I'm so screwed
Let's see, I have a dual-action stationary bike, weight bench, about 400lbs in free weights, a stair master, gizelle, treadmill, pro-grade weighted rower. Plus alot of odds and ends. I will exercise atleast one half of my body to the day I die. I made a promise to my husband about 25 yrs ago that I wouldn't work out on weekends and I've kept that promise. But we used to take 20-40 mile bike rides on the weekends. Did the Bike across Kansas twice, I'd really love to do that again. On a good day I can still bench press more than I weigh. I used to be able to press (machine) 670lbs with my legs. (That used to really upset the boy scouts when I taught the athletic badges, that a female could out-press them) Ah, to do that again, maybe tomorrow
