My records fill a file cabinet drawer, and this is for one wc accident.

I keep eveything, afraid to throw away anything related to wc.

I met with the attorney today.

I gave him any medical evidence he did not already have and the letter from my primary doctor.

Tomorrow his office staff will set up a court date, it will be 4-6 weeks before we go to court.

We also discussed treating doctors.

I did share with my attorney how unhappy I am with the judge not making a decision, I told him I felt as if I am being punished because of the lack of action the judge has taken.

I did learn this judge has been disciplined (past) due to delays she has caused in the wc courts.
