waiting for my check
Settled my case on Oct.16th.The carrier has 60 days to pay me.Any reason why they take so long?Can they actually change thier mind?I took a section 20 in N.J.I have a copy of the order of settlement with dismissal.

they will most likely hold your check until the 15 of Dec, then your lawyer will have it and it will take 10 more days to clear. They are not going to pay it early because it causes them money.

They can not back out as it is settled and if they do they will be in for another law suit.
