I do know from My Father that if You can't Walk for 150 Feet without the Use of an Inhaler or Breathing Aide. He has COPD, and when He Applied that was the Guideline, it May have Changed, but I doubt it!! Applying and with an Attorney would be Your Best Bet Right now, and Best of Luck!!
Failed Back Surgery, Chronic Pain, Totally Disabled. Knowledge is Power, Especially in the World of w/c. Learn as Much as You can about Your States w/c Laws, and don't Fight Battles alone, They Use Attorney's, and so Should You!! |
