I do know from My Father that if You can't Walk for 150 Feet without the Use of an Inhaler or Breathing Aide. He has COPD, and when He Applied that was the Guideline, it May have Changed, but I doubt it!! Applying and with an Attorney would be Your Best Bet Right now, and Best of Luck!!Wink
