 Mileage
Ok so I know workers is suppose to pay for your mileage I just filled out the papers for my miles for the first time and it ended up being a lot of miles more than a thousand and the paper the lawyer gave me it says 58 cents a mile is that correct? also how long does it take I heard if it's over 30 days late they have to pay me more correct? my lawyer assistant said some pay fast others take a very long time to pay them. if its over 30 days how much would it be? it's almost been a month and so far nothing.
how long did it take for you guys to get yours? California yeah i'm sorry before I even started paying I told my self don't forget to put my state. |

each state has it's own laws.
some will pay others not we can't answer without knowing which. it's $.55 for trips after 1/1/ and says so on the form http://www.dir.ca.gov/dwc/I&A_mileageForm.pdf the form says 45 days to pay. (working days not calendar) |
