Can I file WC Claim?
I live in Oregon. I haven't worked for about a year. I have Carpal Tunnel very bad. Can I file WC on my previous employer if I have been not employed there for a year? And if I can where do I begin?
Thank you Lisa

RE: Can I file WC Claim?
Lisa check at the top of this page under your state and see what the time limit is for filing a claim. All states are different. That will give you your answer. Do you work for another employer now? If so why wouldn't you file an overuse injury with your currant employer?
God is never late. In the end it doesn't matter how many years were in your life but how much life was in your years. |

RE: Can I file WC Claim?
I believe oregon requires filing within 1 year from the date of injury.
for a repetitive motion injury that would be the last day worked. you can contact the ombudsman to find out if there are any caselaw exceptions. http://oregon.gov/DCBS/OIW/index.shtml |
