Post 18 yrs the decision making for education converts to the disabled individual.
In some situations this is okay depending on the disability.

DRC can advise you on Guardianship for educational purposes.

My son doesn't need me to take guardianship in any form. He always asks for me to be with him and confers with me over any decision.

I just wanted to throw that information on gaurdianshop out there as you will hear about the Guardianship Program thru DRC.

Your son sounds like a really neat kid.

You are very blessed to have him.
