Settlement Funds in Escrow
Under Florida law, how many business days can a workers compensation attorney hold settlement funds in escrow before disbursing to his/her client?

dont know about Fla but here in Okla it is 10 business days or until the check clears..
;)Workmans comp is not a road you want to travel alone.You need a good lawyer,a great family and good friends to lean on.If you make it thru without losing everything you have worked for all your life,you have come out ahead of the game.....

I got mine in less than 10 days..

May look like they cleared in 3 days, but for the whole process to complete really takes longer...
