Under Florida law, how many business days can a workers compensation attorney hold settlement funds in escrow before disbursing to his/her client?

dont know about Fla but here in Okla it is 10 business days or until the check clears..

Is it whichever comes first, or can they hold funds that clear after 3 bussiness days and then hold it for another 7 bussiness days to equal the 10 bunisses days?

I got mine in less than 10 days..

May look like they cleared in 3 days, but for the whole process to complete really takes longer...
