I am really confused this morning,how can your case be accepted and still the I/C can deny almost all treatments except pt,dr visits,and some meds,no ttd payments.My attorney seems to think that no issue over if i got hurt at work,there is a video.So what could be the issue,saving money?Just would like some clarification or other opinions.Thanks.Btw i'm in California

only treatment that meets Utilization Review standards will be approved.
your treating physician has appeal rights for any denials.
